3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. brown rice, cooked
1 c. low fat milk
2 tsp chicken base
1/2 can green chiles
12 oz canned crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
2 tsp taco seasoning
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Combine all ingredients in casserole dish, saving 1/2 of the cheese to cover the top. Bake 30-45 min at 350. Let cool, serve.
